  • A clear glass
  • Water
  • Red food colouring

What You Do

  1. Put water in a glass.
  2. Add ten drops of red food colouring.
  3. Put the celery stalk in the water.
  4. Use the stalk to stir the water.
  5. Wait two hours. Ask an adult to cut a bit off the end of the stalk.
